We accept all major debit and credit cards. Please note a 2.5% surcharge applies on payments by American Express.

Shipping And Handling

All deliveries are insured and have to be signed for, if no one is available to sign for your delivery you will be left a calling card with contact details for rearranging delivery to a convenient time.

Please allow an extra 5 working days for cheque clearance if paying by cheque. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be notified in writing by post, fax or email within 72 hrs of signing for the delivery, any claims for shortages or damages reported after this time limit will not be accepted.

Shipping And Handling

Orders for next day deliveries can be taken until 2.00pm.
Next day delivery to UK mainland is £9.99 regardless of weight. Timed deliveries before 9.00am, 10.30am and before noon are also available subject to extra charge.

Back Orders

If the item you order is out of stock we will call you and give you the option to wait for the goods, amend your order or cancel.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

All products shown are new and covered by manufacturers warranty for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated. (All warranties exclude product misuse, video heads, monitor tubes & CCD sensors damaged by normal wear & tear)

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

Returns Policy

You may cancel your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery by calling 0800 112 3519 and obtaining a returns number. Providing we receive the goods within 7 days of issuing a returns number and in their original packaging and condition you will be refunded the price paid within 30 days from the date on which we received the goods. All returns are to be sent to

The following exclusions apply to the refund policy stated above:

Goods that are received after the time period stated above but within 30 days will be subject to a restocking charge and will only be accepted at Sun Infosys  Limited’s discretion and with prior written agreement.

Goods over 30 days old will not be accepted for refund.

Goods that are not in their original packaging and condition are excluded.

Delivery charges are excluded (for Business and Trade Customers only).

Faulty Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product or your product becomes faulty we will repair/replace (at our discretion) the product. Please call 0800 112 3519 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number so that you can send the faulty product back to us. The Returns Authorisation Number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the goods you return, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted. All returns are to be sent to and from Sun Infosys  Limited at the buyers own cost and risk. The cost of returns to Sun Infosys  Limited is not covered by the product warranty.

Returns procedure: 

If you would like to make a return, please call us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, this must be clearly marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to Sun Infosys  Limited and for providing proof of delivery of such return, the cost of such returns is not covered by the Product warranty.
